By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for all ongoing costs associated with your website or online store, including but not limited to domain registration, hosting fees, and any third-party service subscriptions.
- After website delivery, you are responsible for maintaining and managing your website, including content updates, security, and backups.
- You must maintain all necessary licenses, registrations, and permits required to operate your business.
- You are responsible for ensuring your business complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Limitation of Liability
We provide website development services on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding:
- Business success or profitability
- Website traffic or conversion rates
- Sales or revenue generation
- Market performance or competitive advantage
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in your service agreement. You are responsible for:
- Making all payments according to the agreed schedule
- Maintaining valid payment methods for recurring charges
- Covering any applicable taxes or fees
5. Project Completion and Delivery
Upon project completion and final payment, we will transfer all agreed-upon deliverables to you. After the handover:
- You assume full responsibility for website management and maintenance
- Any modifications or updates will require a new service agreement
- Support is limited to the terms specified in your service package
